1. Agreement to Terms
By using EduNest's school management platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
2. Definitions
Any educational institution that subscribes to our Services.
Any individual who accesses or uses our Services, including admins, teachers, students, and parents.
All data, information, and materials uploaded or created through our Services.
The paid plan selected by a School to access our Services.
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Important: You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Plans
Choose from Seed, Sprout, or Grove plans based on your school's needs.
Billing
Monthly or yearly billing options available. Prices are in NGN.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through your dashboard. No refunds for partial months.
Payment Method: We use Paystack and Flutterwave for secure payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us:
- • Right to Use:A license to host, store, and display your content as needed to provide our Services.
- • Right to Process:Permission to process content for analytics and service improvements.
You can export your content at any time through your school dashboard. For data deletion requests, please contact us.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or obscene content
- Access or attempt to access unauthorized data
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
7. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data Protection Commitment: We never expose, sell, or share your data with unauthorized parties. Your information is strictly used to provide and improve our Services.
8. Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all software, designs, logos, and content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

9. Termination

- • Non-payment:If subscription payments are not made
- • Request:Upon your request, subject to any outstanding obligations
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your dashboard. Data may be retained for a period after termination.
10. Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to have your data deleted from our systems, please contact us directly. We do not offer self-service data deletion through the dashboard to ensure proper verification and security of all deletion requests.
How to request data deletion: Please send an email to privacy@edunest.com or use our contact formwith your request. We will process all legitimate deletion requests within 30 days.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- • Data Loss:Any loss of data or content
- • Business Interruption:Any interruption to your operations
- • Indirect Damages:Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for our Services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
